About Me/Goals

I graduated from UC Santa Cruz with a B.S in Computer Science. Currently I work at a fashion company, CLO Virtual Fashion Inc, as a web developer for over two years. Unfortunately I do not see long term growth within the company so I am searching for a company that can offer growth and further move me along my career. During my free time, I continue to sharpen my web development skills by building beautiful, responsive websites using frameworks like NextJS, ReactJS, and TailwindCSS.
2015 - 2017

UC Santa Cruz

After transferring from a community college, I graduated after studying for 2 years.

2017 - Present

Self Study

Despite graduating, I felt I needed to learn more so I dived into Android App development and published a few apps but realized the market is too saturated so I focused my time to web development.

2017 - 2018

FreeCodeCamp

I took this free online course for web development which estimated to be over 900 hours to complete. The course taught me everything regarding HTML, CSS, Boostrap, and Javascript. After completing the course, I earned a FreeCodeCamp certificate signifying all hard work I put into personal studying.

2017 - 2022

EagleRider

I found a job at a company called EagleRider as a Jr. Project Manager. This job taught me much about the employee boss relationship, communicating with my coworkers, double checking and completing important tasks. While I appreciate everything I learned, I believe my growth has stagnated and it is time for me to search for a job that can help me achieve my goal of becoming a full stack developer.

2022 - Present

CLO Virtual Fashion Inc.

A company called CLO Virtual Fashion Inc. hired me as a Web Developer. I am currently working on a full stack web application that uses Microsoft Azure OpenAI to build a chatbot using all of the available data within the company. Using AI has been a challenge but I am learning a lot and I am very proud with the progress.
